1. Scope of Service
Our professional fee of $175 USD is charged exclusively for the professional auditing of your travel documents, strategic case analysis, and consular interview preparation. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are paying for professional consulting and not for a guaranteed visa outcome.
2. No Guarantee of Government Approval
U.S. Travel Pros LLC is a private entity and is not affiliated with the United States Government or any embassy. The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the U.S. Consular Officer. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued if your visa is denied, delayed, or cancelled by the government.
- Our service is considered fully rendered once the document audit has been completed or the consultation session has taken place.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: You may request a 100% refund of our consulting fee only if you cancel your request before any documents have been submitted to us and before any professional work or consultation has commenced.
- Non-Refundable: Once the document review process has started or the consultation has been held, the fee is strictly non-refundable.
4. Official Government Fees (MRV)
Please be aware that any fees paid directly to the U.S. Government, Department of State, or authorized banks for the Machine Readable Visa (MRV) fee are non-refundable by the government and are not handled by U.S. Travel Pros LLC. We cannot process refunds for official government payments.
